Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hipólito Malheiro started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Custódio Teive quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Hipólito Malheiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 8 minutes into the game, Luis Andino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Custódio Teive was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pedro Dikaté charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedro Dikaté the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, Pedro Dikaté hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiago Fontão charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 13th match minute, Dínamo Kwanza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiago Fontão to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the game, Agustín Saelices cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Custódio Teive was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita scored 0-3 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Custódio Teive, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Custódio Teive tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Pedro Montoia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dínamo Kwanza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. In the 28th minute, Pedro Montoia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the match, Dínamo Kwanza's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Custódio Teive reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Luis Andino was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Pedro Dikaté managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dínamo Kwanza's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Dikaté was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 39 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hipólito Malheiro. After a defensive mix-up in Dínamo Kwanza's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Custódio Teive came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 56th minute of play forced Dínamo Kwanza's goalkeeper Custódio Teive to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipólito Malheiro in the 68th minute of play. Daniel Zorita scored 0-4 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Custódio Teive, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th minute Fábio Preto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Custódio Teive. Dínamo Kwanza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. 78 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Custódio Teive made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. After 80 minutes of play Dínamo Kwanza's Pedro Dikaté was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Dínamo Kwanza getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Pedro Dikaté hit a great ball. Custódio Teive took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Dínamo Kwanza's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 88 minutes into the match, Dínamo Kwanza's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Custódio Teive reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 91 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felíx Galão in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dínamo Kwanza throughout the match.
