Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hipólito Malheiro kicked off to start the match. After some careless play in the Dínamo Kwanza defense, Lautaro Mancebo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Custódio Teive. The Dínamo Kwanza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Custódio Teive should have stopped the shot. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Dikaté kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Luca Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dínamo Kwanza's Custódio Teive played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 19th minute of play. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fábio Preto in the 28th minute. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Custódio Teive didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. In the 37th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Mancebo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Dínamo Kwanza getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Pedro Montoia hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Custódio Teive breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Custódio Teive tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Montoia's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Montoia helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Dínamo Kwanza getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Pedro Montoia hit a great ball. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fábio Preto in the 57th minute of play. Custódio Teive made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 60th minute. Ambrósio Guedes hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute of the match Joel Gaona shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Custódio Teive showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Custódio Teive made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 65th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiago Fontão kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Custódio Teive. That made the score 0-3 after 72 minutes of play. 75 minutes into the match, Dínamo Kwanza's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Custódio Teive reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79thth minute of the game Joel Gaona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dínamo Kwanza's Custódio Teive was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Custódio Teive made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. After 82 minutes Dínamo Kwanza's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Joel Gaona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Custódio Teive quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto Tafalla in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Custódio Teive saved Dínamo Kwanza from getting behind. Mexico were furious when Luca Rouco was red carded, 86 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 85 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mexico! After a rather tough play, Dínamo Kwanza's Ambrósio Guedes got a free kick in the 89th minute. When Luca Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luca Zorita couldn't finish the play.
