Guo Ling Nan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 8th minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 13th minute, Mariano Lacasa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Guo Ling Nan. The goal made the score 3-0. In the 18th minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. 22 minutes into the match, THE CLUB's goalkeeper Guo Ling Nan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. THE CLUB's Guo Ling Nan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save THE CLUB from getting a goal against them. A collision led to THE CLUB getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Dancho Chochov hit a great ball. If Orlando Casaus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Carballar's late challenge caught a THE CLUB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Carballar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Carballar to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Carmine Mancinelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. THE CLUB's Guo Ling Nan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save THE CLUB from getting a goal against them. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mincho Robledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leocadio Hebia in the 39th minute of play. If Dancho Chochov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Guo Ling Nan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 52nd minute of play. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. Francisco Carballar kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Guo Ling Nan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 60th minute of play. After 61 minutes THE CLUB's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Lacasa who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 63rd minute of play forced THE CLUB's goalkeeper Guo Ling Nan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renatinho Severo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Pozo. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Gerardo Pozo hit a great ball. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 83rd minute, Mariano Lacasa made a precise shot to the right of Guo Ling Nan. THE CLUB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Chile's Orlando Casaus got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guo Ling Nan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 93rd minute of the match. Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chavdar Belezhkov in the 95th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Chile had played much better football throughout.
