The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Lucjan Chmelyk notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mikolaj Chuchro might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ricardo Zorita. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mikolaj Chuchro ran back to his position shaking his head. Leonard Skirzynski kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, DzYm Drink Team's Mikolaj Chuchro got a free kick in the 12th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Moises Fernandino notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of DzYm Drink Team's Nayely Mora. Nayely Mora was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolek Dylla, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. DzYm Drink Team's Nayely Mora proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save DzYm Drink Team from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the match, DzYm Drink Team's goalkeeper Nayely Mora had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Fernandino. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Leonard Skirzynski managed to get in a good position for a shot. DzYm Drink Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonard Skirzynski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Zorita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of DzYm Drink Team booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Valentino Ferrant hit a great ball. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikolaj Chuchro, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. After the first half DzYm Drink Team were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moises Fernandino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Mikolaj Chuchro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ricardo Zorita was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Ricardo Zorita was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Tolek Dylla capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tolek Dylla really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. In the 68th minute Mikolaj Chuchro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Joshua Curbelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mikolaj Chuchro in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Zorita saved El Salvador from getting behind. After having played for 79 minutes, Jaroslaw Karwowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DzYm Drink Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaroslaw Karwowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ricardo Zorita was a little too slow when Tolek Dylla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 1-5. Marco Tamayo's late challenge caught a DzYm Drink Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marco Tamayo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Marco Tamayo got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 96th minute of the match, Tolek Dylla got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ricardo Zorita was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match was over DzYm Drink Team could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than El Salvador throughout the match.
