After a defensive mix-up in Peru's zone, Kazimierz Kossakowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal and Kazimierz Kossakowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind EB Specjal Gdansk's goalkeeper Wincenty Sikola, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Julian Murillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Wincent Chmielecki made in the 40th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. 46 minutes into the game, Julian Murillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Wincenty Sikola was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Murillo to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Peru's Luz Tejedor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 56thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EB Specjal Gdansk's Wincenty Sikola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A throw-in in the 59th minute of the game was made by Emmanuel Reyes with Milagros Fraga as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 72nd minute Kazimierz Kossakowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Peru fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Peru's Luz Tejedor looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. When the match was over Peru could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than EB Specjal Gdansk throughout the match.
