Renegados's Dorian de Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Finlay Stair in the 36th minute of play. Kordal Duff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Dorian de Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Finlay Stair in the 42nd minute of play forced Renegados's goalkeeper Dorian de Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute of the match, Jaime Trevisan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Demonde Jacobson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 47 minutes into the match, Renegados's Jaime Trevisan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Demonde Jacobson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee ignored Renegados's protests and gave Rafa Donato a yellow card for diving instead. Demonde Jacobson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Gustavo Domingues went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 84th match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarell Hill to maneuver through the defense. Demonde Jacobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kléberson Tróia, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Davi Andrade's late challenge caught a Jamaica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Davi Andrade helped the player get up and apologised. Davi Andrade hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Finlay Stair sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
