Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Peru's Julian Murillo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as MARAZZINO's Claudiu Răducanu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rolando Noboa. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. In the 10th minute, Julian Murillo made a precise shot to the right of Lütfü Öktemer. MARAZZINO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 12th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lütfü Öktemer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the MARAZZINO defense, Luz Tejedor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lütfü Öktemer. The MARAZZINO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lütfü Öktemer should have stopped the shot. The corner led MARAZZINO's İshak Kurhan to fire away a dangerous shot which Rolando Noboa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Peru's Eliseo Mina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lütfü Öktemer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudiu Răducanu in the 23rd minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudiu Răducanu in the 25th minute of the match. Lütfü Öktemer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonso Berganza to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the match, MARAZZINO's Claudiu Răducanu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Noboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Mina in the 34th minute of play forced MARAZZINO's goalkeeper Lütfü Öktemer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudiu Răducanu got free with Rolando Noboa in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Claudiu Răducanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudiu Răducanu ran back to his position shaking his head. 42 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudiu Răducanu. İshak Kurhan hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Lütfü Öktemer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luz Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The MARAZZINO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Peru were winning 1-2.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Lütfü Öktemer in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd minute, İshak Kurhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MARAZZINO made a substitution. Darío Benedetto replaced Mieszko Pilsudski.
