Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Lixandro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 4th minute of play forced MORPH's goalkeeper Marco Lixandro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Gustavo-Hernán Bareiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MORPH's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Marco Lixandro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 12 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Froilan Mosen. 15 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of MORPH's Marco Lixandro. Marco Lixandro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Fabio Meder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Gustavo-Hernán Bareiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marco Lixandro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 27th minute of play. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Lixandro. Marco Lixandro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Fabio Meder hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Marco Lixandro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, MORPH's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Marco Lixandro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The MORPH players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gustavo-Hernán Bareiro was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Cristian Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo-Hernán Garnacho in the 60th minute of play. Marco Lixandro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo-Hernán Bareiro in the 68th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MORPH's Marco Lixandro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 71st minute of play. Cristian Sancho in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marco Lixandro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. MORPH's Marco Lixandro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 77th minute of play. The supporters of MORPH booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marco Lixandro, 0-4. MORPH's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Cristian Sancho scored to the left of an out of position Marco Lixandro, making the score, 0-5. Hilario Constancio kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Marco Lixandro in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 95 minutes into the game, MORPH's Gustavo-Hernán Garnacho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than MORPH throughout the match.
