Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 minutes, Margiris Nekrošius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zacisze Częstochowa and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Gaston Zárate stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Gaston Zárate tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jurand Cempa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Jurand Cempa sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Zárate, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Miroslaw Gollob took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zacisze Częstochowa's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Zacisze Częstochowa's Gaston Zárate got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 48th minute of play forced Zacisze Częstochowa's goalkeeper Miroslaw Gollob to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaston Zárate made a kick off. 1-0 became the score in the 56th minute when Gaston Zárate elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Zacisze Częstochowa's Akif Yetik was substituted for Maksymilian Drapinski. 63 minutes into the game, Jurand Cempa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zacisze Częstochowa's Przemyslaw Maldini was substituted for Gonzalo Firme. In the 67thth minute of the game Jurand Cempa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jurand Cempa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miroslaw Gollob made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. Zacisze Częstochowa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Salvador Gisbert heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurand Cempa in the 73rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Jurand Cempa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zacisze Częstochowa's supporters rose to their feet, but Jurand Cempa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alex Chicote hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Jurand Cempa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Zacisze Częstochowa's Jurand Cempa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Miroslaw Gollob in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Zacisze Częstochowa had won after a very even match.
