Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo-Hernán Bareiro in the 3rd minute of play. Mariano Lacasa struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Marco Lixandro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chile. The audience was convinced that Mariano Lacasa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Lixandro was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. When Gustavo-Hernán Gattoni fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MORPH's protests and gave Gustavo-Hernán Gattoni a yellow card for diving instead. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Lixandro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. With a little luck, MORPH's Marco Lixandro got control of the ball when Orlando Casaus tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo-Hernán Bareiro in the 28th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Lixandro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Casaus in the 33rd minute of play forced MORPH's goalkeeper Marco Lixandro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando Casaus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Marco Lixandro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind MORPH's goalkeeper Marco Lixandro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Chile booed when MORPH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Santikurtz didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, MORPH's Marco Lixandro got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off in the second half. Hilario Constancio hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 52nd minute, Mariano Lacasa sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and MORPH's Marco Lixandro didn't even have to move. 54 minutes into the game, Mariano Lacasa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Marco Lixandro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 57th minute of play forced MORPH's goalkeeper Marco Lixandro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Lixandro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Casaus, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 62nd minute, Mariano Lacasa made a precise shot to the right of Marco Lixandro. MORPH's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Marco Lixandro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Lixandro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 71 minutes Chile's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gustavo-Hernán Bareiro who took care of the corner kick. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Lixandro having to make a save. Marco Lixandro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 76th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Lixandro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Chile's Orlando Casaus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Lixandro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Lacasa in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Lixandro saved MORPH from getting behind. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Mosen in the 82nd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, MORPH's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Marco Lixandro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Lacasa scored 6-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Lixandro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 93rd minute, Mariano Lacasa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marco Lixandro was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Chile walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
