The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Illescas to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kaarel Astradsson made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaarel Astradsson in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Boris Elg struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ocean´s Eleven. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaarel Astradsson in the 53rd minute of play. Boris Elg succeeded in the game's 64th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Sven-Olof Örtendal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 70th minute of play. After 77 played minutes Ocean´s Eleven got a freekick which was hit by Kaarel Astradsson. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaarel Astradsson in the 79th minute of play. Ocean´s Eleven were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kaarel Astradsson took the corner. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. With his leg Sven-Olof Örtendal managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
