Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abram Sarmiento kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Los Materos FC booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Mastache didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tincho Palermo might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tincho Palermo ran back to his position shaking his head. Pedro Manzanares was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Tincho Palermo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tincho Palermo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Los Materos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Lazaros Kabantais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Materos FC's Lazaros Kabantais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 8th minute of play. Abram Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lazaros Kabantais having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lazaros Kabantais. Los Materos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Tincho Palermo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Milian, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Lazaros Kabantais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santino Seco in the 36th minute of play. After having played for 37 minutes, Tincho Palermo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Materos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tincho Palermo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Los Materos FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Simon Diaz hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the match, Colombia's Axel Montenegro broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 45thth minute of the game Axel Montenegro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Materos FC's Lazaros Kabantais was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Los Materos FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Aaron Molina hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tincho Palermo was the one to do the kick off. Lazaros Kabantais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Abram Secada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lazaros Kabantais made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santino Seco in the 82nd minute. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Abajas in the 84th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Abajas, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Colombia's Antonio Indiano managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Simon Diaz in the 93 minute of the game. 94 minutes into the match, Colombia's Abram Secada sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lazaros Kabantais narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
