Wladyslaw Brudzisz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Eugeniusz Charlos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 13 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. 武建松 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nathan Carrier, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 21 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Zdzislaw Wyrzykowski, made in the 28th minute of the game. Nathan Carrier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Tomas Illescas sped through Piast Choszczno's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eugeniusz Charlos. Tomas Illescas scored 1-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eugeniusz Charlos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 43rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 44 minutes, 武建松 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piast Choszczno's supporters crossed their fingers, but 武建松 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the game, Piast Choszczno's 韩伟岚 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 韩伟岚 made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugeniusz Charlos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eugeniusz Charlos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, 韩伟岚 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 65th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66 minutes of play, Piast Choszczno's 韩伟岚 made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! A sloppy throw-in by Zdzislaw Wyrzykowski in the 73rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas. In the 73rd minute, Zdzislaw Wyrzykowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patricio Costa in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugeniusz Charlos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after Piast Choszczno's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. In the 79th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 武建松 in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. 82 minutes into the match, Piast Choszczno's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Eugeniusz Charlos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, 武建松 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot.
