After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmundo Espiga made a kick off. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Sebastian Villa took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 孟建松. 孟建松 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. ☆冰谷☆〓新势力〓山城重庆's 孟建松 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Sancho in the 60th minute of play. 61 minutes into the game, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 孟建松 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. After 77 played minutes ☆冰谷☆〓新势力〓山城重庆 got a freekick which was hit by 程响益. 孟建松 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmundo Espiga went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. 孟建松 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Moises Tafalla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. 91 minutes into the game, Honduras's Sebastian Villa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 孟建松 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. 94 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. 孟建松 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the Honduras players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
