Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Oriol Loyola managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marcos Cotilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pepillo Servin in the 21st minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Berganza to make the kick off. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pepillo Servin in the 56th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Panama's Alex Cambeiro got a free kick in the 56th minute. Pepillo Servin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Alfonso Villamarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oriol Loyola. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Alex Cambeiro hit a great ball. Liu Feng Zhen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcos Cotilla. Panama's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tomas Berganza kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the game, Leones FC's Oriol Loyola nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 80th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Alfonso Villamarin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Oriol Loyola tried to sneak it across the goal line.
