Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmundo Espiga kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the game, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nildo da Silveira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 6 played minutes Morrinhos Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Allan de Carvalho. 7 minutes in the game Humberto Valle did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Fernandinho Lima. In the 9th minute, Róbson Mendes fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Lautaro Navarro, passed just outside the right post. The supporters of Morrinhos Futebol Clube booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugênio de Toledo in the 13th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernandinho Lima in the 14th minute. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbson Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Milagros Cabal got a free kick in the 16th minute. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbson Mendes in the 21st minute of play. Róbson Mendes had several of the Honduras's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 21 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Lautaro Navarro as he didn't even see the shot coming. During the 26th minute of the match Ivan Navarro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ivan Navarro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Ivan Navarro got a free kick in the 26th minute. Allan de Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Fernandinho Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Eugênio de Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nildo da Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Tafalla in the 41st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Allan de Carvalho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Allan de Carvalho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th match minute, Morrinhos Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Casado to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Róbson Mendes was the one to do the kick off. Humberto Valle got a throw-in 57 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Teobaldo Casado. Róbson Mendes hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Humberto Valle made in the 64th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Fernandinho Lima however managed to control. In the 68th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nildo da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Marcus Britto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Morrinhos Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. Marcus Britto hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The long shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 70th minute really tested Nildo da Silveira's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Emanuel Ocampo lost his temper 72 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Nildo da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Villa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 83 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Luca Espinar. Honduras's attentive Valentín Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Fernandinho Lima made a throw-in in the 87th minute of the game. Richard Gustafsson hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Nildo da Silveira was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Luca Espinar. Luca Espinar kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Sebastian Villa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nildo da Silveira having to make a save. In the 97th minute, Allan de Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
