Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jaime Pardo started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Oriche Isazi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 6 minutes into the match, Xande Cavani notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Paraguay's Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 9th minute, Eusebio Ecija made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xande Cavani in the 12th minute of play. In the 17th minute Xande Cavani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusebio Ecija received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Huang Xi Feng's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacobo Nores read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xande Cavani in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oriche Isazi in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Xande Cavani cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Jacobo Nores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eusebio Ecija fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oriche Isazi in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 43rd minute Xande Cavani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xande Cavani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xande Cavani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xande Cavani stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Hector Covarrubias. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xande Cavani in the 55th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eusebio Ecija scored 0-7 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacobo Nores, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 59 minutes into the game, VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Xande Cavani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. If Xande Cavani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Xande Cavani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Xande Cavani slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jacobo Nores. That made the score 0-9 after 65 minutes of play. With a little luck, Paraguay's Jacobo Nores got control of the ball when Xande Cavani tried to sneak it across the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Xande Cavani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Ecija in the 75th minute of play. Xande Cavani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Xande Cavani put it in 0-11 from a short distance just to the right of Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores was a little too slow when Xande Cavani got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-12. In the 86th minute, Xande Cavani fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jacobo Nores, passed just outside the right post. The VERDOLAGA CITY FC fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Xande Cavani looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-14 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 95 minutes into the game, VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Xande Cavani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-15. When the match was over VERDOLAGA CITY FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Paraguay throughout the match.
