Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Nyman started the match with the kick off. When Frank Nyman fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skyrim's protests and gave Frank Nyman a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd match minute, Skyrim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Nyman to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Skyrim booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milagros Cabal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 7 minutes, Miguel Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skyrim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Frank Nyman tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luiz Fernando Falcão was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. In the 12th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fernando Falcão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Cabal. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodrigo Senna's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. Frank Nyman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Frank Nyman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Honduras's attentive Luca Espinar managed to snatch the ball when Armando de Sena made a throw-in in the 30th minute of the game. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Skyrim's goalie prevented a goal. After 32 minutes Skyrim's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edmundo Espiga who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Honduras's Edmundo Espiga to fire away a dangerous shot which Luiz Fernando Falcão despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luiz Fernando Falcão saved Skyrim from getting behind. Edmundo Espiga struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Luiz Fernando Falcão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. 39 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Nyman came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 41 minutes on the clock, Esteban Carvallo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Lautaro Navarro went to the wrong direction when Miguel Amaral was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Washington Negri kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. In the 48th match minute, Skyrim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando de Sena to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Villa to make the kick off. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Nyman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Honduras booed when Skyrim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando de Sena didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Skyrim's goalkeeper Luiz Fernando Falcão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Frank Nyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Skyrim's zone, Moises Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Fernando Falcão came out of the goal and Moises Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Moises Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Luiz Fernando Falcão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Frank Nyman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. The Skyrim support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
