The supporters of Uruguay booed when Onsala Ass Kickers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Björnberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Onsala Ass Kickers's Rickard Wiklund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Onsala Ass Kickers from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Onsala Ass Kickers getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Viggo Billing hit a great ball. Maximiliano Escribano came free with the goalkeeper in the 7th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rickard Wiklund could save by the left post. The referee felt a red card was in order, 8 minutes into the game, when Kevin Carballal put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Uruguay fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 8th minute. Penalty! Magnus Björkqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Magnus Björkqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Magnus Björkqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Magnus Björkqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Magnus Björkqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Wiklund having to interfere. Alberto Gisbert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Wiklund having to interfere. 22 minutes in the game Arturo Carvallo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Alberto Gisbert. After 22 played minutes Onsala Ass Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Jan Björnberg. In the 27th minute Walter Jönsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Onsala Ass Kickers's Johannes Målare got a free kick in the 30th minute. Åke Biörkquist's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Åke Biörkquist helped the player get up and apologised. After 34 played minutes Onsala Ass Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Åke Biörkquist. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Rickard Wiklund in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Onsala Ass Kickers's Rickard Wiklund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Onsala Ass Kickers from getting a goal against them. In the 40th minute, Jens-Åke Haeger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Magnus Björkqvist in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Onsala Ass Kickers's Jan Björnberg got a free kick in the 46th minute.

Onsala Ass Kickers's Edwin Sjöberg was substituted for Magnus Björkqvist. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisco Seco was the one to do the kick off. Walter Jönsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Joaquin Gayoso made a huge save. In the 56th minute, Viggo Billing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rickard Wiklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Gisbert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Onsala Ass Kickers's Edwin Sjöberg in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Onsala Ass Kickers's zone, Francisco Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rickard Wiklund came out of the goal and Francisco Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uruguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Escribano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rickard Wiklund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 68th minute of play forced Onsala Ass Kickers's goalkeeper Rickard Wiklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Onsala Ass Kickers defense, Maximiliano Escribano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rickard Wiklund. The Onsala Ass Kickers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rickard Wiklund should have stopped the shot. In the 71st minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Wiklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rickard Wiklund saved Onsala Ass Kickers from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 73rd minute of play forced Onsala Ass Kickers's goalkeeper Rickard Wiklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Escribano notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Onsala Ass Kickers's Rickard Wiklund. Rickard Wiklund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Camilo Franco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rickard Wiklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Franco in the 85th minute of play. Camilo Franco struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Rickard Wiklund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uruguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Escribano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rickard Wiklund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Bruno Beldad came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruno Beldad couldn't finish the play. After 96 played minutes Onsala Ass Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Viggo Billing. When the referee ended the match the Uruguay players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
