A collision led to FC Ruscova getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Glauco Motta hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC Ruscova's Manuel Şoimu got a free kick in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, FC Ruscova's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Helmuth Duckadam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Ruscova's goalkeeper Helmuth Duckadam, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 32 minutes, Axel Montenegro made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Ruscova's Helmuth Duckadam tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Helmuth Duckadam was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kevin Mastache hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Kian Natanael took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, FC Ruscova's Zachary Snaza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Zachary Snaza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Ruscova fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. In the 58th minute Umur Renan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 66 minutes, Ciro Cortez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Ruscova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Cortez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Glauco Motta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the game, FC Ruscova's Kian Natanael nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Secada in the 82nd minute of play forced FC Ruscova's goalkeeper Helmuth Duckadam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
