With a couple of smart ball manuevers Qu Wei in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. 13 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Qu Wei came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Proteu's goalkeeper Ulysses Donato had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Puig. Archie Ares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-1 when 毛明昆 sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 毛明昆 in the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Axel Tasis hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Qu Wei came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Qu Wei scored 0-2 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Proteu booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Qu Wei got free with Benito Sanz in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot by Naci Kıncal from long distance, 81 minutes into the match, got Benito Sanz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Axel Tasis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulysses Donato having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Qu Wei dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 0-7. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when 毛明昆 tried to sneak it across the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Denílson Tepedino. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Proteu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
