Alexander Manninger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 6th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filipe Silva in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner led  ☆冰谷☆Manchester United's Steven Black to fire away a dangerous shot which Pedro Manzanares despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alexander Manninger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexander Manninger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. A sloppy throw-in by Lütfi Selahaddin in the 34th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. 37 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bento Aleixo. Filipe Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Alexander Manninger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute of the match Colombia got a corner.  ☆冰谷☆Manchester United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danny Farmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colombia made a substitution. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rupert Brooks went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team.  ☆冰谷☆Manchester United had played much better football throughout.
