With a little luck, Piast Choszczno's Eugeniusz Charlos got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th minute, 武建松 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 17th match minute, Piast Choszczno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wladyslaw Brudzisz to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by 武建松 in the 25th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Piast Choszczno booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Piast Choszczno's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Tomas Illescas scored to the left of an out of position Eugeniusz Charlos, making the score, 2-1. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 武建松, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 武建松 in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to Piast Choszczno getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Zdzislaw Wyrzykowski hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the game, Camilo Gaos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piast Choszczno the free kick. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Lucjan Czech stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Lucjan Czech tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Piast Choszczno's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Charlos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eugeniusz Charlos came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Tomas Illescas. But to his dismay, Tomas Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugeniusz Charlos having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Lucjan Czech capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lucjan Czech really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. In the 72nd minute, Piast Choszczno's Ziemowit Kaczor dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-3. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Illescas scored 4-3 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eugeniusz Charlos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eugeniusz Charlos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, 武建松 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piast Choszczno fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-4. Venezuela were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Piast Choszczno for a fine match.
