Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Wágner Dante made the kick off and thus started the match. After 4 minutes, Jailson Tepedino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fúria FC and the Paraguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fúria FC's Juninho Teles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Covarrubias in the 7th minute of play. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Jaime Pardo hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Fúria FC's zone, Hector Covarrubias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juninho Teles came out of the goal and Hector Covarrubias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hector Covarrubias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Juninho Teles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celsinho Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. During the 30th minute of the match Jailson Tepedino completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jailson Tepedino a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 36 minutes into the match, Fúria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alan Campos came free, but Juninho Teles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hector Covarrubias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The long shot by Primitivo Escribano in the 39th minute really tested Juninho Teles's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 42nd match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Pardo to maneuver through the defense. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wágner Dante in the 44th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Celsinho Fonseca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Celsinho Fonseca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When Wágner Dante came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Fúria FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wágner Dante couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Fúria FC booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Pardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Fúria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Pardo came free, but Juninho Teles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raul Venegas during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fúria FC's Wágner Dante got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute Jaime Pardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juninho Teles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Hector Covarrubias came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Covarrubias couldn't finish the play. After 74 played minutes Fúria FC got a freekick which was hit by Célio Arce. Jaime Pardo kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Juninho Teles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Covarrubias in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Fúria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Pardo came free, but Juninho Teles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristiano Corrêa kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wágner Dante in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Cristiano Corrêa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Fúria FC's Wágner Dante slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jacobo Nores. That made the score 1-2 after 96 minutes of play. Although Paraguay had been in control for most of the match, Fúria FC still came away with the win.
