Juninho Teles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Luque in the 8th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Wágner Dante managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fúria FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wágner Dante was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Zorita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 17 minutes, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Salvador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Fernandino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 20 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Valentino Ferrant. Cristiano Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 26 minutes, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Salvador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Fernandino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 30th minute Moises Fernandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juninho Teles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jailson Tepedino fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fúria FC's protests and gave Jailson Tepedino a yellow card for diving instead. Juninho Teles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Fernandino in the 36th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Wágner Dante came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fúria FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cristiano Corrêa in the 43rd minute. Joshua Curbelo tried in the 43rd minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Ricardo Zorita a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-0.

The wind increased when Moises Fernandino made the kick off in the second half. Moises Fernandino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Juninho Teles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. El Salvador's Moises Fernandino got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fúria FC's Juninho Teles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Fúria FC from getting a goal against them. Celsinho Fonseca scored 3-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Zorita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 95th match minute, Fúria FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jailson Tepedino to maneuver through the defense. Fúria FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of El Salvador for a fine match.
