Despite this Leo Uhlbäck quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bollklubbens IF's Leo Uhlbäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Mexico's Joel Gaona fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
