Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Toninho de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 27th minute of play. Janusz Prusek charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Janusz Prusek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Piasecznica SA getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. After 40 minutes Piasecznica SA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Ecuador's Luis Andino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Toninho de Moraes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toninho de Moraes having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Mattos in the 54th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Toninho de Moraes in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 played minutes Piasecznica SA got a freekick which was hit by Karol Grabowicz. In the 66th minute, Cristian Sancho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Toninho de Moraes. The goal made the score 1-2. Piasecznica SA's Toninho de Moraes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Piasecznica SA from getting a goal against them. Toninho de Moraes was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Daniel Zorita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Zorita really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Agustín Saelices kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Toninho de Moraes made a huge save. Toninho de Moraes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 87th minute. After having played for 89 minutes, Tolek Jaszyna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piasecznica SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tolek Jaszyna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Piasecznica SA throughout the match.
