Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Victory FC's Boyko Koynov started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Chile defense, Boyko Koynov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boyko Koynov in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. 7 minutes into the game, Victory FC's Laureano Medina nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Pliego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lyuboslav Fudulov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Lyuboslav Fudulov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 12th minute of play. Orlando Casaus scored 2-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lyuboslav Fudulov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the match, Victory FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Lyuboslav Fudulov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 played minutes Victory FC got a freekick which was hit by Galabin Fingarov. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lyuboslav Fudulov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lyuboslav Fudulov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 32ndth minute of the game Mariano Lacasa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Victory FC's Lyuboslav Fudulov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 33 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lyuboslav Fudulov was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 36th minute Boyko Koynov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chile's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariano Lacasa in the 38th minute. The Victory FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chile were winning 2-3.

Victory FC's Leif Håkansson was substituted for Damyan Ostrev.
