Celestino Dei was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Vasco Lamego could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. 林超青 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Patricio Costa struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Celestino Dei didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. After a rather tough play, DUGGAN FC's Cornelio Fortun got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Camilo Gaos charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camilo Gaos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 林超青 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in DUGGAN FC's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celestino Dei came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vasco Lamego fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celestino Dei having to interfere. The supporters of DUGGAN FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 67 minutes into the match, DUGGAN FC's goalkeeper Celestino Dei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 75 minutes, Vasco Lamego managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DUGGAN FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vasco Lamego was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cornelio Fortun's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cornelio Fortun helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to DUGGAN FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Cornelio Fortun hit a great ball. After having played for 90 minutes, Emilio Aimar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DUGGAN FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emilio Aimar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of DUGGAN FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emilio Aimar struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DUGGAN FC. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by DUGGAN FC's Vasco Lamego. But to his dismay, Vasco Lamego quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. DUGGAN FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
