Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) When Alejandro Martínez came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Galrazaya fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alejandro Martínez couldn't finish the play. Danilo Sugoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 12th minute of the match. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. 14 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Danilo Sugoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 17th minute, Alberto Tafalla made a precise shot to the right of Danilo Sugoi. Galrazaya's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Tafalla in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Danilo Sugoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Sugoi having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 23rd minute of play forced Galrazaya's goalkeeper Danilo Sugoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danilo Sugoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Galrazaya's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Danilo Sugoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Galrazaya getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Alejandro Martínez hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Galrazaya defense, Lautaro Mancebo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Danilo Sugoi. The Galrazaya fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Danilo Sugoi should have stopped the shot. Joel Gaona scored 0-5 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Danilo Sugoi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alejandro Martínez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Joel Gaona reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Danilo Sugoi. The goal made the score 0-6. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Sugoi having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Carmelo Emenon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Joel Gaona put it in 0-8 from a short distance just to the right of Danilo Sugoi. Danilo Sugoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Sugoi having to interfere. Galrazaya's Diego Godín was substituted for Fermin Lonzo. Luca Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 74 minutes Galrazaya's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. After 74 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Luca Rouco. After a defensive mix-up in Galrazaya's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Sugoi came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carmelo Emenon charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carmelo Emenon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Carmelo Emenon hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Danilo Sugoi made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. The attack was good, but when Lautaro Mancebo in the 83rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Danilo Sugoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Galrazaya's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Facundo Cadaval advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-9 in the 89th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Galrazaya's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Danilo Sugoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th match minute, Galrazaya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmelo Emenon to maneuver through the defense. After 94 played minutes, Mexico's Joel Gaona shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Danilo Sugoi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mexico reached it. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Galrazaya.
