Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vladislav Dzhalev took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Ecuador booed when EK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. İlbey Denizalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denimir Bebin came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. EK's Denimir Bebin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, EK's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Denimir Bebin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14thth minute of the game Agustín Saelices who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EK's Denimir Bebin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A well-hit corner resulted in Luis Andino heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. EK's Denimir Bebin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute of play. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Denimir Bebin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladislav Dzhalev, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Vladislav Dzhalev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cido Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 44th minute. The corner ended in Felix Montes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but EK's Denimir Bebin did a great save. In the 47th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Vladislav Dzhalev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in EK's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denimir Bebin came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladislav Dzhalev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 75th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denimir Bebin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th match minute, EK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tzolo Geshev to maneuver through the defense. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Denimir Bebin quite easily take care of the ball. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by EK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. A well done corner resulted in Felix Montes drilling the ball in to score 1-2 behind EK's goalkeeper. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 85th minute of play forced EK's goalkeeper Denimir Bebin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute Vladislav Dzhalev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denimir Bebin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute, Chico Messias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
