In the 27th minute, Rutger Kellbom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Sarmiento got free with Karl-Magnus Brummer in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Magnus Brummer having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Dynamo Strandnäs's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Karl-Magnus Brummer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Dynamo Strandnäs getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Aaron Frisk hit a great ball. Panama's Miguel Miralles couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 47th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Dynamo Strandnäs.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jaroslaw Majkowski made a kick off. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Karl-Magnus Brummer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rutger Kellbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl-Magnus Brummer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 62nd minute of the match. Tomas Berganza scored 2-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl-Magnus Brummer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Jaroslaw Majkowski got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jaroslaw Majkowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Magnus Brummer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Jaroslaw Majkowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Cotilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jaroslaw Majkowski ran back to his position shaking his head. 85 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Jaroslaw Majkowski came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87 played minutes Dynamo Strandnäs got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslaw Majkowski. In the 89th match minute, Dynamo Strandnäs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaroslaw Majkowski to maneuver through the defense. Casper Johnsson took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Panama had won after a very even match.
