Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Barnaba Poremba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A throw-in in the 13th minute of the game was made by Maciej Plachetka with Przemyslaw Woźniak as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Dziuma in the 27th minute of the match. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Maciej Plachetka, made in the 28th minute of the game. Przemyslaw Woźniak hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. A hard shot 30 in the game by Edmundo Espiga from a close distance when the talented Barnaba Poremba managed to make a qualified save. La Magica's players were relieved. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dariusz Dziuma in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36th minute of the game Maciej Plachetka made a throw-in which Przemyslaw Woźniak played forward. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Dziuma in the 38th minute of the match. Barnaba Poremba made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Edmundo Espiga sent off a good shot on target. 41 minutes into the game, Sebastian Villa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Barnaba Poremba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 43rd match minute, La Magica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Quesada to maneuver through the defense. Barnaba Poremba didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Villa went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. When Anselmo Quesada fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Magica's protests and gave Anselmo Quesada a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes La Magica got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Quesada. In the 49th minute of the match, Edmundo Espiga tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Barnaba Poremba saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Barnaba Poremba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Villa, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Barnaba Poremba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moises Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Barnaba Poremba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. The supporters of Honduras booed when La Magica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobald Augustyn didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Barnaba Poremba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Wawrzyniec Parajewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Maciej Plachetka in the 71st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. La Magica's Dariusz Dziuma was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 76th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Barnaba Poremba saved La Magica from getting behind. The supporters of La Magica booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmundo Espiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of La Magica were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Honduras side.
