Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Green Madness's Vincent Delarue started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vincent Delarue's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Sanz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 2nd minute of play. Vincent Delarue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Alain Terim had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alain Terim was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Vincent Delarue took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 15 minutes into the game, Efrain Moruga threw the ball into play from the sideline. Green Madness's Fola Maître quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benito Sanz had great luck who in the 22ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Vincent Delarue from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Vincent Delarue took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Benito Sanz to make any attempt to save it. Quentin Charuel hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Green Madness's Fola Maître quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Efrain Moruga, made in the 35th minute of the game. Benito Sanz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 39th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. Green Madness's Vincent Delarue got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Green Madness's Fola Maître got a free kick in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alain Terim in the 53rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Green Madness's Alain Terim got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Green Madness's Fola Maître managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Efrain Moruga in the 56 minute of the game. In the 58th match minute, Green Madness was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Ferrie to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute, Vincent Delarue left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Green Madness fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alain Terim in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Efrain Moruga got a free kick in the 68th minute. When Green Madness's Vincent Delarue in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincent Delarue in the 74th minute of play. If Vincent Delarue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincent Delarue, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Delarue in the 88th minute of play. Efrain Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Delarue in the 98th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Green Madness were the better team. Green Madness's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
