A very good chance. 8 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Ma Tian came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorginho Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 16th minute of the match. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 18th minute. After taking down the ball on USA's corner Cassius Byrne fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jorginho Brodel quite easily take care of the ball. Cassius Byrne's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jorginho Brodel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. In the 26th minute, 邱卫荣 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorginho Brodel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 28th minute of play forced JULM C.F.'s goalkeeper Jorginho Brodel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cassius Byrne stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Monty Rogers made a precise shot to the right of Jorginho Brodel. JULM C.F.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Jorginho Brodel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by JULM C.F.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cassius Byrne was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. 57 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Lejalde came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Monty Rogers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorginho Brodel having to interfere. JULM C.F.'s Jorginho Brodel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute USA were awarded a corner. Cassius Byrne went to the cornerflag to take it. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Lejalde in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, JULM C.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Jorginho Brodel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The USA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. 87 minutes into the match, Sam Campbell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorginho Brodel. JULM C.F.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sam Campbell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 2-3 when 邱卫荣 sped through USA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marco Day. USA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
