Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Axel Tasis got the match started through his kick off. Zdzislaw Walczyk scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Silesia Opole's Olgierd Kempka. But to his dismay, Olgierd Kempka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Silesia Opole's Jakub Fujarczuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Alcocer in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute Eliseo Noboa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakub Fujarczuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Milosz Kilar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Silesia Opole was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milosz Kilar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silesia Opole's Jakub Fujarczuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 39th minute of play. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olgierd Kempka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Moruga to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wasyl Dec, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Olgierd Kempka made the kick off in the second half. With his leg Benito Sanz managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when Silesia Opole's Olgierd Kempka fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 53rd match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Moruga to maneuver through the defense. Jakub Fujarczuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Puig in the 57th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Zdzislaw Walczyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Zdzislaw Walczyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jakub Fujarczuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 65th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wasyl Dec got free with Benito Sanz in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 69 minutes into the game, Wasyl Dec cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 72nd minute of play forced Silesia Opole's goalkeeper Jakub Fujarczuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patryk Kopacz's late challenge caught a Costa Rica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patryk Kopacz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd match minute, Silesia Opole was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patryk Kopacz to maneuver through the defense. Silesia Opole's Jakub Fujarczuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Silesia Opole's Patryk Kopacz got a free kick in the 79th minute. After 82 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Alcocer. Herbert Szostak kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Silesia Opole was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patryk Kopacz didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 91st minute of play forced Silesia Opole's goalkeeper Jakub Fujarczuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silesia Opole's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
