Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mac Mon made the kick off which started today's match. After 2 played minutes FC Bruges got a freekick which was hit by Mac Mon. Luc Van Hinnendael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Mastache in the 4th minute of the match. Colombia's Pascual Carballar got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mac Mon, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xavies Muñagorri. Abram Sarmiento hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FC Bruges's Carl Van Kamp got a free kick in the 15th minute. The attack was good, but when Abram Sarmiento in the 19th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When Mac Mon came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the FC Bruges fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mac Mon couldn't finish the play. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute, FC Bruges's Mac Mon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 29 minutes into the match, Xavies Muñagorri dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares, 2-0. FC Bruges's Luc Van Hinnendael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Shane Corrigan notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 36th minute, Shane Corrigan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luc Van Hinnendael. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. Philip Verhasselt kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of FC Bruges's Luc Van Hinnendael. Luc Van Hinnendael was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 48th minute of play forced FC Bruges's goalkeeper Luc Van Hinnendael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. A hard shot 51 in the game by Axel Montenegro from a close distance when the talented Luc Van Hinnendael managed to make a qualified save. FC Bruges's players were relieved. Luc Van Hinnendael made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mac Mon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 59 played minutes FC Bruges got a freekick which was hit by Fedele Baggio. Luc Van Hinnendael acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 60th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Axel Montenegro. 61 minutes into the match, FC Bruges's goalkeeper Luc Van Hinnendael had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Montenegro. With a little luck, FC Bruges's Luc Van Hinnendael got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Abram Sarmiento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luc Van Hinnendael. FC Bruges's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abram Sarmiento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Bruges's Carl Van Kamp. But to his dismay, Carl Van Kamp quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. FC Bruges's Luc Van Hinnendael proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Bruges from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Mastache in the 80th minute of play forced FC Bruges's goalkeeper Luc Van Hinnendael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Carl Van Kamp came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shane Corrigan hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Abram Secada took a quick shot and it went in 4-3 without a chance for Luc Van Hinnendael to make any attempt to save it. After 91 minutes of play, Colombia's Ignacio Mastache made it 4-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luc Van Hinnendael was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Colombia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
