Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Xavies Muñagorri kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Xavies Muñagorri came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Bruges's goalkeeper Luc Van Hinnendael, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 6th minute Xavies Muñagorri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luc Van Hinnendael read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mac Mon in the 10th minute of the match. When FC Bruges's Xavies Muñagorri in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chile's goalie prevented a goal. 18 minutes into the match, FC Bruges's goalkeeper Luc Van Hinnendael had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. In the 20th minute, Mariano Lacasa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luc Van Hinnendael. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Bruges's goalkeeper Luc Van Hinnendael, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mac Mon in the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chile's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lasse Kroner was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Bruges's players had a chance to rest. Luc Van Hinnendael made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 35th minute. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Tamayo to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Urtzi kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Luc Van Hinnendael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 43rd minute of the match. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Bruges's Xavies Muñagorri. But to his dismay, Xavies Muñagorri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Mariano Lacasa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Bruges's Luc Van Hinnendael was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 53 minutes FC Bruges's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Lacasa who took care of the corner kick. Luc Van Hinnendael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 57th minute of play. Luc Van Hinnendael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. FC Bruges's Luc Van Hinnendael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mac Mon in the 66th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Mac Mon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. A hard shot 68 in the game by Xavies Muñagorri from a close distance when the talented Thiago Pliego managed to make a qualified save. Chile's players were relieved. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Bruges's goalkeeper Luc Van Hinnendael, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 76th minute, Alan Tamayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, Mac Mon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and Mac Mon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Shane Corrigan hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Mariano Lacasa put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Luc Van Hinnendael. In the 83rd minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luc Van Hinnendael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Mac Mon took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Thiago Pliego to make any attempt to save it. 90 minutes into the game, Bernardo Urtzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Bruges's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chile the free kick. In the 90th minute, Bernardo Urtzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chile's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Lacasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luc Van Hinnendael breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chile fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Bruges had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
