A very nice done corner allowed Zlatan Back to score against Pedro Manzanares in Colombia's goal. 1-1 after 33 minutes. 康鸿潮 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Manzanares came out and tried to block the shot, but 康鸿潮 slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 37th minute. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Altza Herria's goalkeeper Julio-César van Beek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Altza Herria's Zlatan Back got a free kick in the 43rd minute. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Pascual Carballar hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Altza Herria made a substitution. Marcos Saavedra replaced 康鸿潮. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Axel Montenegro in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio-César van Beek, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Julio-César van Beek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Mastache, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio-César van Beek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 72 minutes, Luis Cazalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Cazalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julio-César van Beek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 74th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Colombia's Abram Secada sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio-César van Beek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 85 minutes into the game, Abram Secada recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julio-César van Beek. Abram Secada showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Ignacio Mastache in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio-César van Beek, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 89 minutes Altza Herria's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kevin Mastache who took care of the corner kick. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Bouzas in the 95th minute of play. With a little luck, Altza Herria's Julio-César van Beek got control of the ball when Abram Secada tried to sneak it across the goal line. 98 minutes had been played when some careless play by Altza Herria's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kevin Mastache was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. Colombia's Kevin Mastache was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio-César van Beek in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Colombia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
