Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. After some careless play in the Eleven Nation Army defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Qian Xing Wei. The Eleven Nation Army fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Qian Xing Wei should have stopped the shot. In the 6th match minute, Eleven Nation Army was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Ekelund to maneuver through the defense. When Ecuador's Cristian Sancho in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eleven Nation Army's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 11th minute. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qian Xing Wei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 minutes Eleven Nation Army's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. In the 21st match minute, Eleven Nation Army was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Helge Brun to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Åke Ekelund, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Eleven Nation Army's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Felix Montes heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eleven Nation Army's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Eleven Nation Army was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Helge Brun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Qian Xing Wei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Viggo Lundkvist scored 1-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Qian Xing Wei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Qian Xing Wei came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a free kick in the 48th minute. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Agustín Saelices took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Qian Xing Wei. Qian Xing Wei dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Qian Xing Wei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Helge Brun in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Helge Brun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. 67 minutes into the match, Helge Brun notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Eleven Nation Army's Hubert Siöberg got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After 74 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Qian Xing Wei was left in no man's land by his defense there! Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Helge Brun in the 85th minute of play. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Qian Xing Wei came out and tried to block the shot, but Agustín Saelices slotted it home off the left post making it 2-5 in the 88th minute. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by Eleven Nation Army's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Ecuador's Agustín Saelices was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Qian Xing Wei in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Helge Brun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Qian Xing Wei made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Eleven Nation Army throughout the match.
