A beautiful save bye BersanBüyükSehirBelediye's goalie prevented a goal. Alper Özerdim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Alcocer in the 31st minute of play. Axel Tasis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of BersanBüyükSehirBelediye booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Seyfi Alan in the 42nd minute. Alper Özerdim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Noboa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The BersanBüyükSehirBelediye players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Costa Rica were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Seyfi Alan to make the kick off. Nedim Varan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eliseo Noboa might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alper Özerdim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eliseo Noboa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 62nd minute, Seçkin Demren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BersanBüyükSehirBelediye fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Alper Özerdim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alper Özerdim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Tasis's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Nedim Varan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Nedim Varan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. BersanBüyükSehirBelediye's Seyfi Alan got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alan Moruga charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alan Moruga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seçkin Demren in the 95th minute of the match. BersanBüyükSehirBelediye were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Costa Rica for a fine match.
