Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Alberto Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 7th minute, Lautaro Mancebo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Just Fontaine. Shota Stopa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shota Stopa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Just Fontaine got free with Dante Lacasa in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Shota Stopa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Just Fontaine got free with Dante Lacasa in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shota Stopa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 27th minute, Pezerik's Just Fontaine ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Lorenzo Cazalla hit a great ball. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Just Fontaine tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Pezerik's Octavian Rutgeerts in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mexico's goalie prevented a goal. In the 37th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shota Stopa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Pezerik's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Shota Stopa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pezerik's Wart Goegebeur got a free kick in the 39th minute. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Gustaaf Van Dyck sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd play minute Just Fontaine came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dante Lacasa. 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Just Fontaine to strike the kick off in the second half. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavian Rutgeerts in the 56th minute of play. Shota Stopa was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Joel Gaona capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joel Gaona really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. In the 61st minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shota Stopa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Shota Stopa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustaaf Van Dyck in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 70 minutes, Ismael Marques mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pezerik and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pezerik getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ismael Marques hit a great ball. After having played for 73 minutes, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tafalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavian Rutgeerts in the 75th minute of play. After 76 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Mancebo. Wart Goegebeur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th minute, Alberto Tafalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wart Goegebeur took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Van Dyck in the 85th minute of the match. After 88 minutes, Ivan Roeckeloes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pezerik and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th minute, Ivan Roeckeloes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Just Fontaine in the 90th minute of play. Shota Stopa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivan Roeckeloes hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Pezerik's Shota Stopa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Pezerik from getting a goal against them. After having played for 96 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
