Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Möhnsen FC's Béla Strothmann ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Freiherr, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Guido Burgstaller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Möhnsen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Guido Burgstaller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Timo Schinnenburg in the 10th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Möhnsen FC's Leo Freiherr nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emerson Ferraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Leo Freiherr scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 3-0. After 28 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emerson Ferraz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Emerson Ferraz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Béla Strothmann's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Béla Strothmann helped the player get up and apologised. After 45 played minutes Möhnsen FC got a freekick which was hit by Béla Strothmann. Venezuela's attentive Patricio Costa managed to snatch the ball when Costică Juverdeanu made a throw-in in the 46th minute of the game. Möhnsen FC's Emerson Ferraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 47th minute of play. 48 minutes into the game, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emerson Ferraz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3.

Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Béla Strothmann in the 53rd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Timo Schinnenburg came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Béla Strothmann in the 56th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Leo Freiherr kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. In the 63rd minute Timo Schinnenburg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Correa charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jose Correa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Timo Schinnenburg might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Timo Schinnenburg ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 70th minute, Guido Burgstaller left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Möhnsen FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-3. With a little luck, Möhnsen FC's Emerson Ferraz got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Möhnsen FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute, Béla Strothmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-3.
