A collision led to Möhnsen FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Costică Juverdeanu hit a great ball. Lautaro Mancebo scored 0-2 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emerson Ferraz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emerson Ferraz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 15th minute of the match. Emerson Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Möhnsen FC's Emerson Ferraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Möhnsen FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 22nd minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Ferraz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Lautaro Mancebo made a precise shot to the right of Emerson Ferraz. Möhnsen FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 38 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leo Freiherr. Antonio Lade was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 45 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Möhnsen FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty!

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Béla Strothmann came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Timo Schinnenburg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Möhnsen FC's goalkeeper Emerson Ferraz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Möhnsen FC's goalkeeper Emerson Ferraz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. Luca Zorita kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Burgstaller, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timo Schinnenburg in the 88th minute of the match. Leo Freiherr recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Möhnsen FC's Emerson Ferraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 96th minute of play. The Mexico players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
