Colombia's supporters rose to their feet, but Kevin Mastache was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlton Convine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlton Convine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aron Warren in the 53rd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlton Convine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Mastache, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Jagger Trevena hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Carlton Convine came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Abram Sarmiento. But to his dismay, Abram Sarmiento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The throw-in from Jagger Trevena in the 61st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. Glasston's Carlton Convine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 65th minute of play. Eddy Watts could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. In the 75th minute, Axel Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th minute Abram Secada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlton Convine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlton Convine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 82nd minute of play. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Eddy Watts sent off a good shot on target. 87 minutes into the match, Abram Secada notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Glasston's Carlton Convine. Carlton Convine was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Glasston's Eddy Watts slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 2-2 after 92 minutes of play. György Németh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ignacio Mastache took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlton Convine. Carlton Convine dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Colombia's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
