Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) AS Monaco FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Lautaro Mancebo scored to the left of an out of position Roch Puch, making the score, 1-0. Roch Puch made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Luca Zorita sent off a good shot on target. In the 9th match minute, AS Monaco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Guifre to maneuver through the defense. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Janpier in the 11th minute of play. Amado Janpier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. AS Monaco FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ludomil Galagan in the 17th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amado Janpier in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Avram Ştef hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Guifre in the 26th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AS Monaco FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo scored to the left of an out of position Roch Puch, making the score, 2-0. When Mai Jian Sen fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AS Monaco FC's protests and gave Mai Jian Sen a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mexico booed when AS Monaco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mai Jian Sen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Avram Ştef came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 38 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ludomil Galagan who took care of the corner kick. The corner led AS Monaco FC's Ludomil Galagan to fire away a dangerous shot which Dante Lacasa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 40th minute, Jagan Van Landschoot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roch Puch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 41st minute of the match. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Guifre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amado Janpier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Amado Janpier in the 50thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dante Lacasa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alberto Tafalla scored 3-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roch Puch, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Rouco got a free kick in the 59th minute. AS Monaco FC's Roch Puch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 61st minute of play. Amado Janpier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roch Puch narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, AS Monaco FC's Dante Lacasa threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Avram Ştef, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as AS Monaco FC's Mai Jian Sen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dante Lacasa. That made the score 3-1 after 71 minutes of play. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 94th minute Witalis Gecionis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
