Maximino Ticho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Paz Rocha in the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Paz Rocha in the 20th minute of play forced A.C. Patagonia's goalkeeper Maximino Ticho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patagonia's goalkeeper Maximino Ticho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renato Pedroso Kimura. Aldo Di Carlo took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Heitor Paim Belluci. Heitor Paim Belluci dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Maximino Ticho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murilo Bueno Lobo, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute of the match Brazil got a corner. A.C. Patagonia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag.
