Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Leo Freiherr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Burgstaller in the 6th minute of play. After having played for 8 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lautaro Mancebo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emerson Ferraz having to make a save. 13 minutes into the match, Mexico's Joel Gaona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emerson Ferraz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Béla Strothmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute of the match Möhnsen FC got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Karel Dautzenberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Karel Dautzenberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dante Lacasa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Emerson Ferraz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 19th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Emerson Ferraz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 22 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Béla Strothmann came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd match minute, Möhnsen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathias Bernwurz to maneuver through the defense. Emerson Ferraz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lautaro Mancebo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 25 minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emerson Ferraz having to interfere. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Freiherr in the 33rd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Leo Freiherr ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Emerson Ferraz in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by Möhnsen FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Möhnsen FC's Emerson Ferraz managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 47th minute, Costică Juverdeanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Möhnsen FC's goalkeeper Emerson Ferraz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guido Burgstaller to strike the kick off in the second half. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Burgstaller in the 56th minute of the match. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Freiherr in the 68th minute of play. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lautaro Mancebo struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Emerson Ferraz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 77 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Leoz. Emerson Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 82nd minute of play forced Möhnsen FC's goalkeeper Emerson Ferraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Möhnsen FC's Emerson Ferraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Ferraz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Timo Schinnenburg sent off a good shot on target. After 92 minutes, Alberto Tafalla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mexico and the Möhnsen FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alberto Tafalla kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Béla Strothmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, Leo Freiherr reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dante Lacasa. The goal made the score 3-2.
