Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Vladislav Dzhalev made the kick off and thus started the match. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Joel Gaona hit a great ball. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. Denimir Bebin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. When EK's İlbey Denizalp in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mexico's goalie prevented a goal. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Denimir Bebin threw himself towards the right post 12 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Facundo Cadaval, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 13th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. EK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute, Cido Fernandez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Denimir Bebin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 21st minute of the match. Luca Zorita charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luca Zorita the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 26 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Vladislav Dzhalev came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute Vladislav Dzhalev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cido Fernandez took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Denimir Bebin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 37th minute. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after EK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Tzolo Geshev thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Denimir Bebin, a very annoying self made goal in the 39th minute which led to 2-2. In the 44th minute, EK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lautaro Mancebo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in EK's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denimir Bebin came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Denimir Bebin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Alberto Tafalla hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After having played for 56 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cido Fernandez in the 58th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by İlbey Denizalp. Macos Graciani hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Cido Fernandez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. After 63 minutes of play, Mexico's Luca Zorita made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denimir Bebin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Denimir Bebin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Facundo Cadaval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Denimir Bebin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. EK's Denimir Bebin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 87th minute of play. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by EK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Mexico's Macos Graciani getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İlbey Denizalp in the 95th minute of play.
