Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Mexico booed when Bakarvågen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredrik Opheim didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute of the match Joel Gaona shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jøran Ek showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alberto Tafalla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jøran Ek having to make a save. The Mexico fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Mexico's Alberto Tafalla looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jøran Ek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bakarvågen's Jøran Ek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 21st minute of play. When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. Bakarvågen's Jøran Ek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 28th minute of play. Brage Endresen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Bakarvågen's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Jøran Ek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Tafalla might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jøran Ek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Tafalla ran back to his position shaking his head. 38 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jøran Ek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Joel Gaona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jøran Ek was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brage Endresen in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Bakarvågen were furious when Eskil Torbjørnsen was red carded, 47 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bakarvågen! In the 49th minute there was a penalty for Mexico. Joel Gaona stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jøran Ek. 0-2. The Bakarvågen players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jan-Kenneth Skotnes made a kick off. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Løvland, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Luca Zorita struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Jøran Ek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Kenneth Skotnes, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Bakarvågen's Per-Kristian Utvik was substituted for Jonathan Løvland. Alberto Tafalla kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 77th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Rouco to maneuver through the defense. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Bakarvågen's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jøran Ek came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jøran Ek came out and tried to block the shot, but Lautaro Mancebo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 98th minute.
